Data doesn’t lie. More than any flashy web page or marketing campaign ever could, data-backed performance reviews provide an accurate, unbiased picture of a company’s abilities. And who better to provide those reviews than the customers receiving the service first hand?
That’s the concept behind Salesforce’s Navigator program, which shifted to a customer-validated ranking system of consulting partners in early 2019 by measuring partners’ deployable expertise. Navigator now enables small and mid-sized partner firms to distinguish themselves from global firms with niche product, industry, or service expertise instead of size, reputation, or partner tier.
Coastal Cloud is one such partner. Based in Florida, the Salesforce consulting partner specializes in sales, CPQ, billing, service, field service, analytics, marketing, and communities. As a woman-owned company, 50% of its 250 employees are female. And with 800 clients in its company history, Coastal Cloud has achieved 40% YOY growth since its founding in 2012.
