To help customers solve problems quickly and efficiently, VIZIO integrated Coveo, a solution available on the AppExchange, with Salesforce. We caught up with Jim Mitchell, VIZIO’s Senior Business System Solution Architect, part-time bass guitarist, and college art major, to learn more about how Coveo and other AppExchange solutions have enabled customers to solve problems quickly and autonomously, even during a pandemic.
