Melanie Fellay, CEO and Co-Founder of the dynamic in-app digital enablement and learning platform Spekit, witnessed first-hand this rapid pace of change during her time at a Silicon Valley startup — which ultimately gave her the inspiration to start her own company. She realized employees couldn’t keep up with the rate at which enterprise technology and business processes were changing, so she built a solution to help users stay up to date and be self-sufficient in their flow of work. And while Melanie has been accelerating new hire ramp-up and boosting user productivity with Spekit, she has no plans to slow down.
