When Akashdeep Arora was asked by fellow Trailblazers to share his career successes, he didn’t immediately gather his friends for storytelling time. This now-technical lead at Cognizant had a journey with many ups and downs, rejections, and sleepless nights. In fact, if you asked him, Akashdeep would say that his story is not a success story at all; rather it’s the reality of a common middle-class boy who comes from a town called Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, India.
But I disagree. Akashdeep’s story is a successful one because of his relentless passion to learn. Today, he has a career as a Salesforce technical lead, has eight Salesforce certifications, and is a Trailhead Ranger with over 600 Trailhead badges.
