Teeing Up Efficient, Personalized Customer Experience is an Ace for This Golf Travel Organization

Headquartered in Windsor, UK and with offices in South Carolina and Denmark, the one-stop travel service Golfbreaks organizes golfing getaways and tournament experiences for more than 230,000 customers every year at more than 2,500 resorts and golf courses worldwide.

For the team, it’s all about the personalized service: “We take the hassle out of holiday,” says James Radcliffe, Salesforce Architect at Golfbreaks. And in today’s fast-moving world, technology like Salesforce and AppExchange have allowed this organization to keep that focus without sacrificing process, productivity, or price.

I had a great conversation with both James as well as Stephen Clements, Operations Director at Golfbreaks. They shared how AppExchange apps, including ActOnIt which was built by James, have allowed the travel organization to grow, become more efficient, and deliver results.
