Are you using Volunteers for Salesforce? Do your volunteers sign up for jobs or shifts online, or submit forms on your website? If so, now that the Winter ’20 release has gone live, you may want to make some small configuration changes. This process should take about 30 minutes, depending on how complex your sharing and security settings are.
This is not a requirement at this point and Volunteers for Salesforce will continue to run without these updates. However, in the future, we expect you will need to turn on the new Secure Guest User Record Access feature so we recommend you do it now.
