ISV partners in Salesforce use the LMA (License Management Application) as part of their Partner Business Organization (PBO) to manage licensing.
The Subscribers tab in LMA enables an ISV to access customer orgs (when granted access) to provide support for their customers.
In order for an ISV’s user (like a support agent) to log into a customer’s org via the subscriber console, two pieces of criteria must be met.
1. The customer must grant the ISV account login access
2. The ISV’s user must have the “Log in to Subscriber Org” permission set
