Happy 2020 Salesforce community, partners, and friends! I always enjoy the downtime after the holidays and just before the craziness starts as the calendar flips to January. For me, it’s the perfect time of the season to reflect on all the goals the Salesforce Labs team set forth for the year, our accomplishments, and all the incredible new Lab solutions delivered to the community. This past year, the Labs team witnessed one of our best years yet with over 70 new, free solutions available on the AppExchange. Naturally, it begs the question, “What were your favorite Labs solutions in 2019”?
