Understand your audience
First, the key to developing a successful presentation starts with understanding your audience. When you present as a professional in the Salesforce ecosystem, perhaps at a Community Group meeting or at Dreamforce, it’s likely your audience will fall into one of these categories: end users, executives/stakeholders, or fellow Salesforce Admins and Developers.
