Jessie Rymph might be a Success Content Specialist on the Customer Adoption Team at Salesforce.org, but she also took on a second job at Salesforce: building AppExchange apps. Salesforce Labs is a program where solutions such as apps, bolts, and components, are built by Salesforce employees. They’re free, unmanaged, open source packages, and they’re posted on AppExchange for customers around the world to install and use.
It’s worth celebrating each time a new Salesforce Labs app launches on AppExchange, and with over 70 new solutions in 2019, it’s more exciting than ever. But Jessie has contributed significantly to that number, building four solutions in a year. I sat down with Jessie to learn more. Get ready to be inspired.
