Belinda is a Salesforce veteran in the midst of her 16th year with the organization. She actually got her start as an admin way back when. She knows what it’s like to be asked over and over again to “just make it work” when so much more goes into understanding the problem and coming up with a solution that makes sense. She feels like often all you’ll get is a “thanks” for sorting things out without a deeper appreciation of what you’ve actually pulled off. So to everyone out
