GPS Tracking Company Supports 10,000 Customers with Vonage and Salesforce
Keeping employees efficient, secure, and connected as they began (and for some, continued) to work remotely became a priority for business leaders, many of whom had no previous experience in overseeing remote work processes. The operational challenges of COVID-19 had the potential to be particularly problematic for RAM Tracking — a company that provides 80,000 GPS vehicle tracking units on the road for more than 10,000 customers — due to the company’s need to have around-the-clock contact with clients. RAM Tracking leveraged Vonage Contact Center, an integrated solution available on AppExchange, to avoid disruption and ensure client communication would not be an issue as employees began to work from home.
